The restaurant opened thirteen years ago at the initiative of Alain Pramil. Former Professor of Physics, Alain Pramil is passionate about cooking and decided to open his own restaurant and to become a chef.
He only works with fresh products, he prepares his dishes according to his inspiration and seasons.
